Trade Policy

Necessary costs of the Products Consumption tax, Shipping (within Japan only).
International shipping is not available.
Defective Products Products that are defective, different from ordered or are damaged during shipping, we will exchange if we have stock for defective product. If there is no product in stock we will refund the amount.
We will contact you within 7 days via email after the delivery has taken place. Please send it to us via cash on delivery (COD). Please note that if we do not receive the product within 7 days, we are unable to accept the returned item.
Payment Credit card (one payment only)
Delivery Period Credit card payments will be completed from the date of shipment and within one week.
Returns & Exchange If there is a lack of return and undelivered, please contact us by e-mail within seven days.
LINC Media will be responsible for the return shipping costs of items. If there is no prior contact to LINC Media after 8 or more days then we are unable to accept a return. Contact:honey@lincmedia.co.jp
